Are face coverings required?

Irish Government legislation requires all public transport passengers to wear a face covering which will be required on all our tours.

Have you new procedures in place due to Covid19?

The health and safety of all our customers and drivers is our primary concern and priority. We are monitoring the information from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and are closely following the advice provided by the Irish Government and HSE to ensure a safe environment and to avoid any unnecessary worry. How do I get from Cobh Cruise Terminal to Cork City?

Most cruise ships arrive in the port of Cobh next to the Train Station, which you can walk to from the ship (2 minute walk).  You can get a commuter train from there to Cork City (it takes approx. 25 minutes) often with extra capacity and departures on the days that there are cruise liners in port). When you get off the train in Cork, walk out of the station, (exit door on your right as you come through the barriers), cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and we have a bus stop (Hop On/Hop Off Tour only) directly across the road.  (Just at the Railway View Pub)

Hop on there and you can pay the driver.  There is no need to pre-book. Don’t forget to bring your cruise ID and you can avail of a discount of € 2.00 per person

Is there space for reduced mobility/wheelchair passengers?

Our Hop On/Hop Off buses have 1 wheelchair space per bus but please let us know by email [email protected] if one of your party will be traveling in a wheelchair so we can ensure the space is available. Unfortunately our Day Tour / Jameson coaches are unable to accommodate wheelchairs at this time.

I have not received email confirmation of my booking?

All customers will receive an email confirmation upon booking, please check your email junk/spam folder in the event it was delivered there but if you have not received your email please use our Contact Form Here and we can assist.
